Our Inn is under construction
After many trips back and forth between the Netherlands and Sweden, we finally stopped in Tolvsbo in October. We were already able to plan and organize a lot remotely, but now it feels really good to roll up our sleeves and get started. Our family always comes first, so in addition to all the chores, we also take time to do things together.
We have taken the first big step, the Christmas table! What a success it was. We are so happy to have hosted all these wonderful people. It’s a joy to share this place with anyone who wants to!
Now we’re going to start with the renovation of the toilets first, as they date back to when it was a dance hall. Beautiful at the time, but no longer… We are building new toilets, showers and washing cabins. This is for the guests of the café and also for the guests of the campsite.
Around April, we’re going on the roof! It needs some love. With a little help, we’re going to tackle that job, because it’s necessary to preserve the building.
