Our Inn is under construction
After many trips back and forth between the Netherlands and Sweden, we finally settled in Tolvsbo in October. We were already able to plan and arrange a lot remotely, but now it feels really good to roll up our sleeves and get started. Our family always comes first, so besides all the tasks, we also make time to do things together.
We’ve taken the first big step, the Christmas buffet! What a success it was. We are so happy to have welcomed all these wonderful people. It’s a joy to share this place with everyone who wants to!
Now we will start with renovating the toilets, as they date back to when it was a dance hall. Beautiful back then, but not anymore… We are building new toilets, showers, and wash cabins. This is for the café guests and also for the guests at the campsite.
Around April, we’ll work on the roof! It needs some love. With a little help, we’ll tackle that job because it’s necessary to preserve the building.
